GET QUALITY, CONVENIENT CARE AT CHILDREN’S MERCY

The Take CARE Employee Clinic and Pharmacy provides employees, their spouses and dependent adult children (ages 18 through 25) with convenient access to primary, preventive and urgent care, as well as lab and pharmacy services. Physical therapy, nutrition counseling and meal planning, and mental health services are also available. You do not need to be covered by a Children’s Mercy medical plan to receive care from the Take Care Employee Clinic.

Medical plans

Wellbeing benefits
All employees are eligible to participate in the Wellbeing Rewards program whether they are enrolled in our health insurance or not.
You and your covered family members can access wellbeing benefits, tools and resources to support your health. You and your covered spouse are also able to earn wellbeing points for participating in health-related activities. New team members enrolling in a Children’s Mercy medical plan can join wellbeing activities regardless of their start date and will receive contributions to their Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) or Health Savings Account (HSA).

Mental health and emotional wellbeing benefits
The Employee Assistance Program provides confidential counseling, financial and legal consultations, work/life solutions, and more to support your mental health and emotional wellbeing and make your life easier.

Retirement benefits
We offer a two-part retirement program to help you save for the future: the Children’s Mercy Tax-Deferred Annuity Plan and the Children’s Mercy-funded Retirement Plan.
